Saint Barbara Blue is the saint's blissful blue avatar, perhaps a bit like Krishna, or a sentient extraterrestrial, or perhaps a sister to Na'vi. In my artist's eye she is a time traveler and a culture traveler who is the color of a cloudless summer day.
